Yesterday forgot to blog what i have learned from Pep gathering. We had a session about Gospel and The world. So we learned about how the world is like and paradoxes-how they actually exist and how we can really share gospel using it.
Yesterday's speaker was Seow Chin and the other sister who told us about Paradoxes was Esther- A volunteer serving in the east area i think. Haha. And yesterday poly ministry started ' The Erena'. Do you know why its called Erena? Cos Seow Chin claims that her computer can't type the letter 'A'. LOL. super funny..when she said that we were like laughing super loudly. And then we have to sit in the order given to us. Actually i realised Seow Chin's laughter is quite killer man..she can even laugh at her own laughter (imagine that!).Then when she laughed so loudly i laugh super loud also then David who was behind me also laugh then we were laughing at Seow Chin's laughter! hahas.
And then Seow Chin said that each group is given 8 mins and every member have to say something. So she said even if you sounded the buzzer (which what we used is a toy that goes 'eeeeekkk ekk eek' super funny!), then the group must say something. So Melissa(TP grad servant) went up and said " Hello I am Melissa". LOL..we were laughing super badly lah.. cos didn't expect she so cute to go up and say that. lol.
Oh ya..so we learned about if people very hao lian then we must abase them.. when they very zi bei then we must praise them. LOL. so funny.so after the session we just keep talking about abasing.lol.
Ok now I really feel that being Godly is very important. The evil one is trying to pull us away from God and we, as Christians must hold on strongly to our faith and be constantly praying for one another. I thank God that a brother is able to tell me his troubles yesterday and somehow i don't really know how to encourage him but will be praying for him though (If you are reading my blog, i want you to know that God is with you. And i will be praying for you! (: )
In 1John 5:19 19We know that we are children of God, and that the whole world is under the control of the evil one.
So its important to really continue doing God's work! I want to be a Godly youth, to do as many meaningful things i can when i am young. So that when I look back at my life one day, I can really give thanks to God for giving me youth so that i can serve Him.
Sometimes people ask me why am i so mad, so happy, so cheerful.. But actually a lot of people didn't know the struggles that i went through, the sadness, pain i felt and tears i shed. But however i am able to stand up and say that because of God, the God who loves me so much, i am able to walk out of these and walk out from the sadness with joy and laughter.
If you ask me why again, I will tell you that itsSIMPLYbyHIS MERCY AND GRACE! My God makes me smile and happy everyday!
